Tile Drainage
Equipped

Precision Land Solutions provides a turn-key tile drainage operation. A full-service installation crew, along with all of the equipment and technology to manage your project from start to finish.

We use the most advanced tile installation tools available on the market, both in software and equipment. With multiple Bron 550 plows in operation, and the latest GPS and software technologies, you can’t find a more advanced working approach in the industry.

Technology

An accurate mapping and tile drainage design are extremely important when ensuring the success of water management. PLS uses the most sophisticated software available, with accuracy within a centimetre.

Our process begins with a site visit to your field to determine the feasibility of water management. We then survey and create a custom design based on your field's specifications.

Experience

Our team grows to over 30 people in our peak season and includes operating crews, project managers, an agronomist, safety officer, and administrative professionals.

Lift Stations

PLS has developed an extremely reliable lift station that has many solutions to allow for flexibility, even if you’re not immediately near a power source.

Surface Drainage

Complete water management starts with proper surface drainage – which can sometimes be complex and costly. That’s why at Precision Land Solutions, we use the most equipped technology and our expertise to design and build a cost-effective system, that will produce the results you need.

We can help you with any phase of your surface drainage program, including:

  • Licensing

  • Topographical surveying and mapping

  • Drainage planning and analysis

  • Drain construction

Every project is different, but we start by gathering topographical data and producing a surface map to show us the field elevations. From there, we can design a plan that will involve the least amount of dirt to be moved. We all know topsoil is precious, so we take extra precautions to ensure this valuable resource is treated with care.

Water Management
Assessment

We will visit your field and together look closely at what production problems you are experiencing. With our vast knowledge of water management techniques and our understanding of a multitude of strategies, we will make recommendations that meet your goals, as well as try to help you manage water within your budget.

Legalities

Our background gives us tremendous knowledge of the legal framework surrounding water management techniques. Whether it is working with government regulators, utilities, municipalities, or even neighbours, we can navigate the complicated network of legal permissions and permits that are needed to get a project off the ground.

Survey & Topography

Every project starts with an accurate and thorough survey. Not all surveys are made equal; it takes more than just surveying software to do it correctly. Our skills allow us to target specific areas. That way we can see all of the options available for the project, as well as be able to avoid any pitfalls and surprises that could come up along the way.

Design

Drainage system design is a highly specialized and technical service unique to Precision Land Solutions. Our agronomist has years of dedicated experience, to ensure that costly mistakes are avoided during the design process. In addition to single projects, we can create multi-year phases, so you can plan for your future.

ROI Analysis

We have partnered with industry-leading experts, in investment analysis and ROI calculations, and have developed tools to provide you with the financial data you may need. Ultimately, to help you discover the possibilities of your farm.
